Return Policy: Our goal is to create an exceptional product that you would never dream of returning, but just in case you need to, all retail orders come with a 30 day money back guarantee. Simply return the unused, undamaged merchandise with the original invoice and a note stating your reason for return and we will gladly refund your purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Cancelled/Changed Order Policy: Our online ordering processes are automated, so we are unable to make changes to an order once it is finalized. If you need to add additional items, you will need to place another order which will result in additional shipping charges. If you cancel your order before it is packaged, a full refund will be given. Cancelled orders that have already been boxed up for shipment will incur a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from you refund.
Damaged Goods Policy: If your merchandise is damaged upon arrival, save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days. Failure to do so voids any responsibility we may have had.
Jewelry Repairs: Since all jewelry is totally handcrafted, many pieces might have slight natural irregularities. Please note that the woven jewelry is more delicate than most industrial produced pieces. Repairs will be made to any piece or part of a piece that proves to be faulty if submitted within 30 days of purchase. If your piece needs repair due to damage while in your care, a fee will be charged for parts, labor and shipping based on the extent of the damage.

Ingredients: We are serious about our commitment to natural product ingredients! Our truly natural products are biodegradable, cruelty free, minimally packaged, and do not contain synthetic fragrance oils, preservatives, petroleum products, FD&C colorants or dyes, parabens, phthalates, sodium lauryl or laureth sulfates, antibacterial triclosan, or other harmful chemicals. When possible we use USDA and Oregon Tilth certified organic, and responsibly wild harvested ingredients. We obtain our Palm Kernel oil from a harvester and manufacture who adheres to highly detailed sustainable harvesting protocols with the assistance of the Roundtable for sustainable Palm Oil.
