WRITING
A multi-instrumentalist with influences steeped in the classical, jazz and American folk idioms, Lyons has toured nationally and appeared on several live radio shows with her original work. In addition to her primary instrument of piano, she composes with the dulcimer, banjo, guitar, autoharp, and upright bass.
